Shipping policy

Effective Date: July 2025

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekend or holidays. During high volume periods or launches, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  Standard Shipping (U.S.): 

  •  3-4 business days after processing
  • Flat rate: $8.95 per order

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Addresses 

It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please email immediately at Knotyourhair25@gmail.com. We will do our best to help if your order has not already shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Knot Your Hair is not liable for any products lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivered and you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
