Can I color or tone the hair?

Yes, our hair can be toned or colored by a professional stylist. We recommend always doing a strand test first.

How do I care for my extensions?

• Use sulfate-free, salon quality shampoo and conditioner.
• Always apply heat protectant before styling.
• Gently detangle starting at the ends and working up to the roots.
• Avoid sleeping with wet hair.

How long will my extensions last?

With proper care and maintenance, our hair can last 6-12 months or longer. Lifespan varies based on installation method, daily wear, and at home care.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns on unused hair in its original packaging within 30days of delivery. Due to hygiene regulations, opened or worn hair is not eligible for return. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
